Middle East Refugee Crisis

International Medical Corps, which has actively assisted Syrians inside their country and in neighboring countries since war there began in 2011, is now mobilizing resources to expand its efforts and those of its partners to meet the escalating needs of refugees in the Mediterranean and Europe.

Nepal Emergency Response Update

The UN reports the death toll is at 5,582 and 30 out of the 75 districts in Nepal have been affected by the quake. Our emergency response team has been on the ground since April 25 when the quake struck, assessing the damage, delivering critically needed medicines and supplies and mobilizing to provide emergency care to survivors. International Medical Corps deployed additional staff and resources as quickly as possible to support relief efforts and is operating Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) in remote areas near the epicenter and will be expanding to reach the hardest-hit communities.  Posted: 5/1/2015
